By 2009, he fulfilled his vision of launching Tri-State Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. - combining trusted expertise, honest advice, and lasting relationships with every customer served in the Tampa Bay area. A hands-on leader, Carlos is known for his personal involvement in each project, ensuring every recommendation genuinely benefits the customer and enhances their comfort for years to come.
